Born in the countryside of Switzerland in the High Peaks, I grew up with a deep interest and appreciation for nature and spiritual connection. I spent the early years of my career traveling the globe working as a high fashion model. Later I settled down and now have two amazing daughters
who I am teaching to live a life connected.

I find so much joy in offering Guided Meditations, Mindfulness Teachings,
and supporting Women in their work of Self Love, and Consciousness.
